Pride Halton 2025: What a Celebration!
Thank you for making Pride Halton 2025 a huge success!
This year, the Halton community came together stronger, louder, and prouder than ever before. From the vibrant energy of the parade to the connections built in the Pride in the Park, Pride Halton 2025 was a powerful reminder of what happens when we celebrate love, diversity, and inclusion together.
Pride Halton 2025 marked a year of remarkable growth. For the first time ever, we launched Pride in the Park, welcoming more than 1,700 attendees—a milestone representing 100% growth with the addition of a brand-new celebration. The parade also expanded significantly, with 395 participants across 41 groups, a 52% and 46% increase over last year. Support from the community grew stronger than ever, with 44 sponsors (up 57%) and 90 vendors (up 64%) making the event possible. Civic leadership showed up in a new way, too, with two Mayors joining us for the first time. And our volunteer family grew to 29 dedicated individuals, including 10 new members, representing a 53% increase in community engagement.

Highlights

The streets of Milton were alive with colour, music, and cheers as 41 community groups proudly marched in our biggest parade yet.

Pride in the Park offered live performances, family activities, vendor booths, and opportunities to connect and celebrate together.

Local leaders, including MPs and Mayors, joined the festivities, showing strong public support for 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusion.

Our partner, Milton Public Library, hosted an inclusive and welcoming family zone with creative programming for all ages.

With the support of 44 sponsors, we created a safe, inclusive space that welcomed everyone.
