PRISM Halton's New Initiative —
the Connected Hearts Seniors Project.
This project aims to strengthen inclusion, connection, and wellbeing among 2SLGBTQ+ seniors in Halton through a series of four regional events held across the region, each designed to bring seniors together in welcoming and engaging spaces. The project will culminate in a community conference, celebrating shared stories, building connections, and identifying ways to continue supporting 2SLGBTQ+ older adults in our community.
All events are free for 2SLGBTQ+ seniors (55+). Accessibility has been carefully considered for all events. If you experience any difficulty attending, please reach out — we’ll work together to find a solution.

Come enjoy a warm and welcoming event designed to bring together 2SLGBTQ+ seniors (55+) in a relaxed, inclusive environment. It’s a wonderful opportunity to meet new people, share stories, and build meaningful social connections over a cup of coffee.
This event is part of Connected Hearts, an initiative by Prism Halton dedicated to fostering belonging and connection through a series of regional events for 2SLGBTQ+ seniors across the Halton region.
